At Ractem, we accept a variety of different payment methods. As a general rule, we only send an order once the payment has been confirmed.

It’s very important that you indicate your order number in the bank transfer reference field, so that we can identify your payment. Once the transfer has been made, we recommend that you send the transfer receipt to our administration department so that we can begin preparing your order. Otherwise, we will not be able to start the process until we receive the payment in our account.
Transfers made from other banks can take up to two working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) to arrive, in accordance with current banking standards.

Whether you use Visa or Mastercard, making payments with your credit or debit card is easy and convenient on our website.
After entering your card number, expiry date and the CVV* number on the back of your card, our platform will automatically connect to the financial institution responsible for carrying out your secure transaction.
In order to confirm that the payment process was initiated intentionally by the card owner, the financial institution will send a security code to the mobile number entered on the payment confirmation page. Once you have entered the code and all the information has been verified, your bank will confirm the transaction and your purchase will be completed.
*Your CVV is the verification code on your credit or debit card. It consists of three digits and is usually displayed on the back of your card.
