Cantilever Racks

Cantilever racks are easily recognisable on account of their steel arms, which can support considerable loads and accommodate long materials. We offer two options: single-sided cantilever racks and double-sided cantilever racks.

The racks are made from steel and are available in different widths, heights and depths. The single-sided rack can support loads of up to 1750kg per rack, whilst the double-sided rack can handle up to 3500kg, and each arm can support up to 220kg.

These racks are designed for storing long materials whilst taking up as little space as possible. This makes them the ideal solution for warehouses looking to store tubes, metal bars and any other lengthy items. Our cantilever racks are for manually loaded goods. The assembly process is simple, as your rack will comes with assembly instructions, but we recommend the use of gloves when assembling, loading and unloading the rack to avoid injury.

The maximum load for each steel arm is 220kg. Additionally, the base of the rack can also be used for storage, has an even greater maximum capacity and can be anchored to the floor for extra stability.

Thanks our cantilever racks' slotted uprights, the arms can be adjusted in 100mm increments to accommodate different items. The arms also feature safety blocks that stop them detaching from the uprights, and there's a guard on each arm (also adjustable in 100mm increments) to stop stored goods from rolling off.

You can also select the width, height and depth of your rack. Additionally, you can add as many extension bays as you need to your starter bay to form a row of cantilever racking.

What's the difference between a single-sided and double-sided cantilever rack? Well, the answer is quite simple: the former only lets you store materials on one side, whilst the latter gives you access to both sides. Regardless, the uprights of both models have slots on both sides, which means you only need to switch the base out if you want to upgrade your single-sided rack to a double-sided one.
