Whether you're storing pipes, metal bars or timber, our double-side cantilever rack is designed to store extremely long materials in the smallest space possible. On this model of cantilever rack, the load-bearing arms can be found on both sides of the uprights. This means that, in contrast to our single-sided cantilever rack, loads can be placed on both sides of the rack.

Thanks to the high-quality steel used to make this rack, each bay can support up to 3500kg, whilst each individual arm can handle loads of up to 220kg. It can be set up with anywhere from 3 to 6 levels, and you can select your desired width, height and depth for this storage system, which is designed with manual material loading in mind. The double-sided cantilever rack features an impressive two-colour finish that combines galvanised steel and a durable, blue epoxy powder coating.

If you're looking for a storage rack with steel arms on two sides for your facility, our adaptable, double-sided cantilever rack is sure to meet your needs. This rack is both easy to assemble and can be customised to suit whatever materials you're looking to store.

This rack also features safety blocks that stop the arms from detaching. No roll-off guards are included, but you can purchase separator guards for cantilever arms spearately. They are made from galvanised steel, can be adjusted in 100mm increments and stop stored materials falling off the arms. You can also find separator guards for the base, which will stop materials from falling off the base of the cantilever rack.

For improved stability, each rack comes with a bracing frame (composed of 4 diagonal struts and 2 cross struts). The double-sided base, which is 'H-shaped', guarantees impressive sturdiness and is capable of supporting up to 5 times more weight than each arm. Nonetheless, you can also anchor your rack to the floor using a floor anchoring kit, which also includes levelling plates.

To form a row of racks, you can connect several extension bays to your starter bay. Please note that the extension bays should have the same height and depth as your starter bay, but the widths can be different.

To calculate the total length of the row, you should add 64mm to the combined width (32mm each side). For a single starter bay, you should add 64mm to the width.

Finally, to calculate the total depth, you should add 210mm to each side of the depth you choose.
