Accessories
This heavy-duty shelving unit is great value considering its impressive maximum load capacity of up to 640kg per shelf for uniformly distributed loads.
It’s entirely customisable and available in a range of colours. Moreover, this boltless shelving is designed for manually loaded, bulky and heavy goods. Therefore, it will be right at home in factories, warehouses, workshops and garages, thanks to its incredible durability and solidity.
As well as the colour of your shelving, you’ll also be able to choose the decking material—your options are 16mm chipboard or (borderless) melamine. The shelves are adjustable in 38mm increments, which lets you set up your shelving in various ways and adapt it to the dimensions of the goods you want to store.
The Maxplus stands out on account of its customisability, as you can chose your desired height and depth, as well as the number of shelves you want. However, if you’d like a hand putting together your order, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Each Maxplus frame consists of:
- 4 slotted uprights (1524, 1981, 2438 or 3048mm) with a blue or galvanized finish.
- 4 black plastic foot protectors for the bottom of the uprights.
- Alternatively, you can purchase metal footplates
- to anchor the bay to the floor.
Each Maxplus shelf consists of:
- 2 long beams (1200, 1500, 1800 or 2000mm) for the front/back.
- 2 short beams (450, 600, 800 or 1000mm) for the sides.
- 1 sheet of chipboard or white (borderless) melamine decking (16mm thick).
- Galvanised centre supports. (See the table below for details).

Whilst durability and an impressive load capacity are the key features of the Maxplus, this shelving unit also has a lot more to offer.
This heavy-duty shelving comes with an incredibly durable galvanised or polymerised finish in the following colour combinations:
- Blue and orange
- Blue and grey
- Galvanised
- Galvanised and orange
Another of the Maxplus’ advantages include its simple, boltless assembly system. The only tool you’ll need is a rubber mallet.
It’s also possible to connect several shelving bays together. To do this, you’ll need 4 bay connectors (2 for the front and 2 for the back). To calculate the total length of the row of shelves, you should account for the 6mm gaps between each of the shelving bays after the connectors have been installed.
